Our PPO dental plan offers the utmost in flexibility when choosing a provider. The plan also includes 100% coverage on preventative care, no deductible, no extended waiting period for “major” work, and very inexpensive premiums.
401 (k):
Our 401(k) retirement plan gives employees the opportunity to participate on their first day. We will also contribute 3% of pay to all eligible participants every year, these contributions are 100% vested at all times.
Life Insurance:
We provide basic life insurance to employees and their dependents at no cost. Employees can choose to add supplemental life insurance on a voluntary basis.
Disability:
Our disability insurance replaces a percentage of your income on a weekly basis in the event you are unable to work due to an accident or illness as defined by the plan.
