Dental:

Our PPO dental plan offers the utmost in flexibility when choosing a provider. The plan also includes 100% coverage on preventative care, no deductible, no extended waiting period for “major” work, and very inexpensive premiums.

401 (k):

Our 401(k) retirement plan gives employees the opportunity to participate on their first day. We will also contribute 3% of pay to all eligible participants every year, these contributions are 100% vested at all times.

Life Insurance:

We provide basic life insurance to employees and their dependents at no cost. Employees can choose to add supplemental life insurance on a voluntary basis.

Disability:

Our disability insurance replaces a percentage of your income on a weekly basis in the event you are unable to work due to an accident or illness as defined by the plan. You are automatically covered under the Long-Term and Core Short-Term Disability Plans. In addition, eligible employees may purchase Supplemental Short-term Disability coverage.

Employee Assistance Program:

This program is free to you and your dependents, and household members, related or not. It offers confidential counseling, 24 hour crisis assistance, legal and financial services, and access to a wellness-focused personal advantage website.
