Client Services Supervisor
I have been working in the Customer Service Department here at Interbank FX for just over a year now and was promoted to swing shift Manager last summer. I came to Interbank FX from E*Trade and have worked in the investment services industry for the better part of 10 years. I have enjoyed all aspects of helping others achieve financial goals through investments in equities, options and bonds. Forex was the one area that I hadn't yet explored so when the offer was made by Interbank FX, I jumped at the chance.
I manage the Customer Service swing team. We are here Sundays through Thursdays from the late afternoon in to the late evening hours. During this time, we get to communicate with a very diverse group of clients as we begin the shift handling calls and chats from North America and generally get a flurry of chats from clients in Asia towards the end of our shift. Like all of Client Services, we strive on being great ambassadors for Interbank FX as we assist our clients with everything from difficulties logging in to their accounts to actually placing trades and just about anything you can think of in between. Working in a smaller company like Interbank FX is a nice change of pace from the day to day life of working in a large corporation such as E*Trade. Everyone here can see how their hard work and dedication has a direct impact on the company's overall success. Additionally, the opportunities for both professional development and advancement are much greater.
